Polo Pony Lifestyle Estate is a Fully Sectional Titled Retirement Village, giving you the independence you desire, with the safety and care when you require it.
The Units are purchased individually, and you retain full ownership. We also have units up for Rental, either directly from the Developer or from Owners that have purchased units as an investment opportunity.
This versatile Retirement Estate has all the options to offer from Independent Living to Frail Care, and everything else in between. All of this will be facilitated in the comfort of your own unit. No need for you to move to a separate “frail care wing” when a higher level of care is required.
Our Daily Clinic and Caring Services are independently run by Peace Cottage Nursing Services.
In addition, our Estate has an abundance of services on offer to enable you to be as comfortable as possible. We name a few below:
- 24Hour Call Assistance Remote Button - Morning or Night, Independent or Assisted, we got your Back. Should you require any form of assistance, push your Button and our onsite Carers will be there in no time to assess and assist, or call for back up should the need arise.
- Daily Clinic – Your Health and Mental Wellness is Peace Cottage Nursing Services and Polo Pony’s Top Priority. With a Fully Equipped Day Clinic and Well-Trained Nursing and Caring Staff, rest assured your wellbeing is taken care of.
- Generator – Please refer to the Estate Managers Schedule for operating times.
- Housekeeping – Weekly Option Available, so you do not miss out on the tea parties.
- Tray Service – Should you wish, you may eat in the comfort of your own unit instead of the Dining Hall.
- Laundry – Say goodbye to Wash Day Blues, make use of the Laundry Facilities at reduced Rates.
- Hair Salon – To keep you looking your Best.
- Restaurant & Elegant Dining Hall – 3 Delicious & Nourishing Meals at affordable Prices. Make your selection from our weekly menus. Choose any option combination, be it Breakfast, Lunch or Supper.
